DescriptionThe Role
- Manage the client/vendor interactions, communications, and expectations and build a trusted relationship based on core benefits knowledge and ability to consult on basic issues/solutions.
- Partner with all lines of business to present as one WTW to the client.
- Manage quality of ongoing service delivery and measures to proactively manage client-level impact.
- Monitors progress to accurately reflect project scope, deliverables and timeline
- Provide clients with high quality service and adhere to established PM standards.
- Mentors, grows, and leads team members and junior project managers
- Follow standards for change order documentation, sign-off and storage.
- Follow standards for UAT documentation and management.
QualificationsQualifications
- 1-3 years’ experience in projects. Experience on projects involving the the application of technology to solve human resource needs such as: administration, HR self-service (IVR, web, etc.), HR systems integration, HR shared services or HRIS/payroll preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Solid interpersonal and client management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid analytical, integrative and problem-solving skills
- Solid organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes and work with others to coordinate client priorities.
