Description

The Role

  • Manage the client/vendor interactions, communications, and expectations and build a trusted relationship based on core benefits knowledge and ability to consult on basic issues/solutions.
  • Partner with all lines of business to present as one WTW to the client.
  • Manage quality of ongoing service delivery and measures to proactively manage client-level impact.
  • Monitors progress to accurately reflect project scope, deliverables and timeline
  • Provide clients with high quality service and adhere to established PM standards.
  • Mentors, grows, and leads team members and junior project managers 
  • Follow standards for change order documentation, sign-off and storage.
  • Follow standards for UAT documentation and management.


Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years’ experience in projects. Experience on projects involving the the application of technology to solve human resource needs such as: administration, HR self-service (IVR, web, etc.), HR systems integration, HR shared services or HRIS/payroll preferred. 
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Solid interpersonal and client management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid analytical, integrative and problem-solving skills
  • Solid organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes and work with others to coordinate client priorities.
